All rates are for one or two persons. A $10.00 per person charge is applicable for the third and fourth persons sharing one room. We regret we do not accept children under the age of ten. No pets. Reservations: A deposit (Money Order or Personal Check) in the amount of the first night's rent is required, with the exception of overseas reservations. All major credit cards are accepted (except for reservation deposits). Payment for room is due upon arrival. Personal checks are only accepted up to 15 days business days before scheduled arrival. All rates are subject to 13% tax plus $1.00 per night sur-tax. All rooms have A/C & heat, full bath, phone, and cable TV (no kitchenettes). Free coffee and tea are served each morning. Garage parking is available for $12.00/night located 5 blocks from the hotel. Check out time is noon. If you have a late departure, we will be happy to provide storage for your luggage. No valet or room service. For a full refund, we require a reservation to be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival, with the exception of special events. |
