Our Front Desk is open every day 6am till Midnight

Check-in time is 3pm & check-out time is noon.   If you arrive early or leave late, we will be happy to provide storage for your luggage.

All rooms have A/C, heat, full bath, windows, cable TV, iron and board, hairdryers, alarm clocks, and Free WIFI.

Sadly, pets are not allowed.

Complimentary local coffee and tea are served throughout the day in the lobby.

Though the building was built in 1830 we do have an elevator.

We also offer a microwave and refrigerator in the lobby for guests to use if needed as well as an atm, ice machine and vending.  Some rooms do have mini fridges, if you would like one of those rooms, please call to book directly with the hotel so we can guarantee it.

 

Reservations:

A credit card number and a one-night deposit are required to hold a reservation.  Full payment can be taken by request only.

Special Events do require a 4-5 night minimum plus a $300 deposit (Mardi Gras, FQF, Jazz Fest)

All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Full payment for room is due upon arrival. 

 

Parking:

Parking is based on availability at offsite secured garage on Decatur St. complementary for our guests.  We can only park 10 cars in our garage and sometimes, just like every hotel or venue, we sadly cannot accomadate everyone. 

If this is the case there is always free street parking (if you can find a spot) and a City Lot about a 5-minute walk from the hotel for $25 for 24hours. 

Please come to the hotel first, there is a loading zone where you can unload your luggage after that we will try our hardest to find you the best, safest, and least expensive option available.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival avoid any charges.   Special Events (Mardi Gras, FQF, Jazz Fest) we will need to be notified 30 days before arrival
