INFORMATION: 
 
Check-in for our guests starts at 3 PM, and check-out is by noon the next day. If you arrive early or need to leave later, we’ve got a handy luggage storage service that keeps your belongings safe until you’re ready to head out.
 
All our rooms are designed with your comfort in mind, featuring air conditioning and heating for any season. All rooms have a mini fridge.  You’ll find a full bathroom with modern amenities, and plenty of windows to let in natural light during your stay. For entertainment, you will have cable/smart TV, plus an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in each room. And don't worry about staying connected - we provide free high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.
 
Unfortunately, we can't allow pets on-site, as we want to keep our space peaceful and clean for everyone.
 
To make your stay even nicer, we serve complimentary coffee and tea in our cozy lobby area throughout the day, perfect for relaxing whenever you feel like it.
 
While our building has a fascinating history since it was built in 1830, we’ve added modern touches, including an elevator to make getting to all floors a breeze for our guests.
 
Parking:    
 
Parking is available based on what's open at our secure offsite garage on Decatur St., and it’s complimentary for our guests. Just a heads up, we can only fit 10 cars in our garage, and like with many hotels, we sometimes can't accommodate everyone. 
 
If that happens, there's always free street parking nearby and a City Lot about a 5-minute stroll away from the hotel that charges $25-$35 for 24 hours. 
 
Please swing by the hotel first; there's a loading zone where you can drop off your bags. After that, we’ll do our best to find you the safest and most affordable parking option available!
 
Deposit:
 
To hold your reservation, please provide a valid credit card number along with a one-night deposit to secure your booking. If you prefer, you can also choose to pay in full ahead of time.
 
For special occasions like Mardi Gras, the French Quarter Festival, and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, keep in mind that we require a minimum stay of 4 to 5 nights, plus a $300 non-refundable deposit to lock in your stay during these busy times.
 
We accept all major credit cards and cash, offering you some flexibility. Just a reminder that the total for your room needs to be paid upon your arrival.
 
Cancellation Policy:
 
To avoid any fees, please make sure to cancel at least 72 hours before your arrival. For special events like Mardi Gras, FQF, and Jazz Fest, we’ll need to be informed 30 days in advance.
